How do you physically manage the pacing and energy of our session days to make sure my leadership team does not burn out by lunch?
We run a highly structured, intense, yet sustainable agenda during our session days. A typical day starts promptly at 8:00 AM and wraps up by 5:00 PM. To keep your team sharp, we do not sit in a room and stare at slides. Instead, we work on a physical or digital canvas, moving through a strict sequence of review, setup, and issue solving. We take short, disciplined breaks every 90 minutes. This cadence prevents the decision fatigue that usually sets in during long corporate meetings. Lunch is a hard break where we deliberately step away from business strategy to rest our brains. The afternoon is heavily focused on the Issues Solving Track, where we IDS® the critical hurdles facing your business. As your facilitator, my job is to monitor the room's energy and push the pace when we get bogged down in minutiae. We do not end the day until we have cleared our agenda and set crystal-clear Rocks for the next 90 days. You will leave tired, but with total clarity on exactly what needs to be done next.
