What documentation or deliverables do we walk away with at the end of each session day, and who is responsible for transcribing the work into our internal systems?
At the conclusion of each session day, you walk away with clear, documented outputs: an updated V/TO, a freshly locked set of ninety-day Rocks with individual owners, a solved Issues List, and clear cascading messages for your employees.
I do not believe in traditional consulting binders that sit on shelves gathering dust. During the day, all decisions are captured directly on whiteboards, physical flip charts, or your chosen digital operating software. Before we adjourn at 5:00 PM, we photograph every chart and review every typed decision to ensure unanimous agreement.
Your Integrator owns the administrative responsibility for transcribing those session outcomes into your internal tracking system within forty-eight hours of adjournment. This includes publishing the new company Scorecard measurables, assigning individual Rock tracking files, and archiving resolved issues.
My role is that of a facilitator, teacher, and coach, not your recording secretary. Having the Integrator finalize and publish the deliverables reinforces internal leadership ownership. It confirms that the plan belongs to the team that must execute it, not to the outside implementer who guided the room.
