When we lock ourselves in a room for a full session day with you, what is the exact structural timeline and agenda sequence we will follow from morning to evening?

A standard session day with me is structured as a tight, highly disciplined eight hour block. We start promptly at eight in the morning and conclude by five in the afternoon. The day is divided into clear operational segments to keep your energy high and ensure we complete our work without rushing. We begin with a transition segment to clear your minds and check in on your personal and professional states. Next, we review your previous quarter's results, analyzing your execution rate on quarterly Rocks and checking the health of your weekly scorecard. This is followed by a review of your organizational tools, including your V/TO® and your Accountability Chart, to ensure alignment. The largest block of the day, typically taking up three to four hours, is dedicated to the IDS® portion of the agenda. We collect your issues, prioritize them, and systematically solve them one by one. We do not move on to a new issue until the current one has a clear action plan. We close the day with a recap of our decisions, a review of next quarter's Rocks, and a rating of the session itself. This structure keeps us focused, avoids operational rabbit holes, and ensures you walk out with absolute clarity for the next ninety days.
