How does the session cadence and focus evolve between our first year and our second year of working with you?
The rhythm and substance of our work together shift significantly from year one to year two as your team transitions from learning the system to mastering execution.
In year one, the cadence is front-loaded. We conduct Focus Day, followed thirty days later by Vision Building 1, and thirty days after that by Vision Building 2. These three foundational sessions occur within sixty to ninety days. From there, we move into Q2, Q3, and a two-day Annual Planning session. The focus throughout year one is introducing the core tools, eliminating confusion around accountabilities, building a reliable weekly Level 10 Meeting habit, and teaching your team how to identify root causes during IDS.
In year two, the cadence settles into a steady quarterly pulse: three one-day quarterlies and one two-day annual session. The work shifts from basic tool adoption to advanced organizational leverage. We focus on driving the tools down to your front-line managers so your departmental teams run their own Level 10 Meetings and quarterly Rocks.
Year two also integrates operational efficiency and transition planning. We analyze your core processes to identify where AI-driven automation can eliminate repetitive administrative tasks, and we apply the Step by Step Exit framework to close value gaps and capture tribal knowledge. Finally, my role shifts from active facilitation to shadowing your Integrator, preparing them to lead your sessions after graduation.
