How does your session-by-session engagement contract work, and what happens if our leadership team decides we want to pause or stop?

My engagement model is built strictly on mutual value and accountability, not long-term legal contracts or retainer lock-ins.

You do not sign a multi-year consulting agreement. We operate session by session. At the end of every full-day session, I ask your leadership team two direct questions: did you receive immense value from our time together today, and do you want to schedule the next session?

If your leadership team ever feels that a session did not deliver clear value, you do not pay for that session. This guarantee removes financial risk and places the responsibility on me to facilitate with extreme rigor every single quarter.

Similarly, you have complete freedom to pause or discontinue our engagement at any time. If your company experiences a catastrophic event, an unexpected ownership shift, or simply decides you have achieved self-sufficiency ahead of schedule, you can stop immediately without financial penalties or termination fees.

This mutual commitment model works because it forces both sides to show up fully prepared. I must deliver actionable clarity and keep the room on track every session, and your leadership team must execute between sessions to justify your investment of time and capital. We continue working together only as long as both parties see undeniable operational traction.
