We have read Traction and tried to self-implement EOS for a year. What specific changes should we expect in our team's dynamics once we bring you in as a professional facilitator?

Self-implementation is a great way to learn the basics, but teams eventually hit a ceiling because they cannot facilitate their own hard conversations. When you bring me in as your Professional EOS Implementer®, the dynamic in the room changes from polite agreement to radical transparency.

As an outside facilitator, I have no political baggage and no fear of your internal dynamics. I can ask the uncomfortable questions that your team members avoid to preserve harmony. My job is to hold up a mirror and force you to look at the hard truths in your business, from personnel mismatches to strategic denial.

We will also establish a much higher standard of accountability. When you self-implement, it is easy to let missed Rocks and incomplete milestones slide with a quick excuse. During our session days, I hold your team to the exact standards of the process. We will dig into why commitments were missed and solve the underlying issues.

Additionally, you get to step out of the facilitator role and participate fully as a member of the leadership team. This allows you to focus entirely on the strategic decisions at hand rather than managing the agenda or clock. The result is a much deeper level of engagement and alignment across your entire executive team.
