Our Integrator spends hours hunting down scorecard metrics from different managers before the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ starts. How do we build a self-policing culture where scorecard prep is non-negotiable?

If your Integrator is chasing people for numbers, your Accountability Chart is broken. The Integrator is responsible for harmonizing the business, not acting as an administrative assistant. When managers fail to update their scorecard metrics on time, they are showing a lack of respect for the meeting pulse and their peers.

To stop this, establish a hard deadline for scorecard updates, such as twenty-four hours before the Level 10 Meeting™ begins. If a metric is missing when the deadline passes, the cell remains blank.

During the meeting, do not allow the manager to enter the number live. The blank cell stands as a visible representation of a missed commitment.

The missing data must immediately be dropped to the Issues List as a leadership issue. The Integrator must then facilitate an IDS® session around why the manager is struggling to manage their seat.

Do not accept excuses about being too busy. If a manager cannot update three to five weekly numbers, they lack the capacity to run their department. By making the missing data a public issue on the leadership board, you create the social accountability needed to change the behavior without the Integrator needing to nag.
