A leadership team member frequently leaves their weekly Scorecard numbers blank until right before the Level 10 Meeting or fails to update them entirely. What is the standard for Scorecard data hygiene?

Failing to update Scorecard numbers prior to the Level 10 Meeting is not a minor administrative oversight. It is a direct indicator of operational disrespect and a failure of accountability. When a leader arrives at a meeting without their data, they force the rest of the leadership team to operate blind.

Establish and enforce three non-negotiable data hygiene standards:

- Set a hard reporting deadline: All Scorecard measurables must be fully populated by a specific cutoff time, such as twenty-four hours or at minimum two hours before the Level 10 Meeting convenes. This gives the Integrator and other leaders time to review trends.
- Treat blank cells as missed targets: A missing number is never treated as neutral. If a cell is blank when the meeting starts, the Integrator marks it red immediately and drops it down to the Issues List. You do not wait for the leader to look up the data live during the meeting.
- Address the behavior through GWC: If a leader consistently misses data deadlines, stop asking about the spreadsheet and address their seat on the Accountability Chart. Do they truly understand their role? Do they genuinely want the seat? Do they have the capacity to maintain basic operational discipline?

A leadership team cannot make strategic decisions on gut feel and missing data. Living by data requires absolute commitment to timely reporting. When leaders know that blank cells trigger an immediate issue on the board, data hygiene becomes second nature.
