Many modern business intelligence tools use basic AI to connect directly to your CRM, accounting software, and operational platforms, pulling the key metrics into a single dashboard automatically. However, the rule of accountability must remain absolute. Even if an AI tool compiles the data, a human must still own that number on the Scorecard. The person responsible for the seat must review the data, understand why the metric was hit or missed, and be ready to explain it during the Level 10 Meeting. If a number is off-track, the owner of that metric cannot blame the technology. They must have the conative Follow Thru to verify the accuracy of the automated reports. Use AI to eliminate the administrative busywork of data collection, but keep the human accountability front and center.
