Our Visionary and Integrator keep hashing out philosophical disagreements during our leadership team Level 10 Meeting, which derails the agenda. How do we use the monthly Same Page Meeting to keep them completely aligned in private?

Nothing paralyzes a leadership team faster than a Visionary and Integrator who debate fundamental strategy in front of the room. When the two leaders show open misalignment during a weekly Level 10 Meeting, department heads become hesitant, take sides, or delay decisions out of self-preservation. That tension wastes time and poisons company execution.

The solution is the Same Page Meeting. This is a mandatory, monthly, offsite or closed-door session between only the Visionary and the Integrator. The sole objective is for the two leaders to lock arms, debate disagreements, and exit completely unified before they face the rest of the company.

To run an effective Same Page Meeting:
- Schedule a recurring two-to-four-hour block every month, treating it with the same sacred discipline as a session day.
- Maintain a private Visionary-Integrator Issues List throughout the month for high-stakes strategic debates, organizational shifts, or personal friction.
- Use IDS to battle through disagreements in private until there is absolute alignment or an agreed-upon executive decision.
- Agree that once the door opens, both leaders speak with a single voice on every company policy, seat assignment, and operational priority.

If a disagreement erupts between the Visionary and Integrator during a leadership team meeting, call an immediate timeout. Do not debate it in front of the team. Put the topic onto the Same Page Meeting list, agree on a temporary path forward, and resolve it behind closed doors.
