Our executive team is entirely remote across several states. Can we conduct our quarterly and annual EOS sessions virtually over Zoom, or do you require us to meet in person?

All full session days, including your foundational rollout days, quarterly offsites, and two-day annuals, must take place in person. Even if your entire company operates remotely and your leadership team spans multiple time zones, you must travel to a single physical room for our session days.

Virtual sessions over Zoom dilute focus, mask subtle nonverbal conflict, and encourage subtle multitasking. Healthy team dynamics require high vulnerability and unfiltered debate. It is impossible to achieve that depth of trust when team members are staring at gallery view from home offices. Sitting around a physical table for eight hours forces the team to look each other in the eye, confront unresolved interpersonal friction, and stay engaged through difficult discussions without stepping away behind a muted microphone.

Between our quarterly sessions, your ongoing execution naturally happens in your remote environment. Your weekly Level 10 Meeting will be run on video calls, your Scorecard metrics will be tracked in shared dashboards, and your Rocks will be managed across your distributed platforms. Because your day to day communication is virtual, bringing everyone into a single room once every ninety days is even more vital. Plan on dedicating the full session day in person, either in your home city or at a dedicated offsite facility.
