Reviewing your scorecard in under five minutes requires absolute discipline from your Integrator and leadership team. The scorecard review is a reporting exercise, not a problem-solving session.

To keep this section moving, your Integrator must enforce a strict reporting rule during your Level 10 Meeting™. When reading the scorecard, the person accountable for each number must only say two words: on track, or off track. If a number is off track, the Integrator immediately drops that metric down to the Issues list.

There is to be no storytelling, no explanations, and no defensive justification of why the number is red. If someone starts to explain that they are waiting on a vendor or that a client was out of town, the Integrator must politely but firmly interrupt them and say: Drop it down.

By moving all discussions to the IDS™ portion of the meeting, you respect everyone's time. You prevent the team from wasting twenty minutes analyzing a single red metric before you even reach the Issues list. This keeps your meeting structured, efficient, and focused on actual problem solving rather than status updates.
