What are the strict operational ground rules, timing boundaries, and personal expectations we must adhere to during our actual session days with you?

Our session days are intense, eight-hour Contribution days designed for deep strategic focus. We start promptly at nine in the morning and conclude by five in the afternoon. To protect your investment and maximize our impact, we enforce strict boundaries to eliminate the distractions of the daily grind. First, there are no laptops, phones, or side emails allowed in the room. If you are checking your messages, you are not present. We require your complete attention to solve the complex organizational issues facing your business. Second, we build in specific strategic pauses throughout the day to allow for white space. These short breaks give your brain time to reboot, digest difficult conversations, and reflect without distraction. We use this time to prevent cognitive overload and maintain your energy levels. We follow a highly structured agenda to review your progress, solve your key issues using IDS®, and set your Rocks for the next ninety days. You must arrive ready to be completely open, honest, and vulnerable. Expect to leave the day mentally exhausted but fully aligned on your priorities.
