We have dialed in our leadership Scorecard and want to ensure every employee in the business has a measurable. How do we roll out individual weekly numbers without creating massive administrative overhead?

In EOS, every person in the organization must have at least one measurable that defines success in their seat. When business owners try to roll this out, they often make the mistake of creating complex corporate dashboards that drown the company in administrative upkeep. That approach collapses under its own weight.

Keep frontline measurables simple, singular, and tied to daily execution:

- One seat, one primary number: A customer service rep tracks tickets closed under two hours. A delivery technician tracks client jobs completed per day. A bookkeeper tracks customer invoices issued within twenty-four hours of project sign-off. Avoid complex weighted formulas.
- Review in weekly departmental meetings: Frontline numbers do not belong on the leadership Scorecard. They are reviewed in weekly departmental Level 10 Meetings or quick team standups. The supervisor reviews the numbers in minutes.
- Self-reporting builds ownership: Have frontline employees track their own primary number daily or weekly on a simple shared sheet or internal board. Entering their own data connects their daily labor to measurable performance.

When every employee knows the single number that defines a winning week, micromanagement disappears. The supervisor only needs to step in when the metric slips. If an employee consistently misses their number despite coaching, you have an objective tool to evaluate their GWC for that seat on the Accountability Chart.
