What is the correct timeline and strategy for rolling out EOS to the rest of the company without causing confusion or resistance?

Do not roll out EOS to the rest of the company until the leadership team is fully aligned and has mastered the tools for at least two quarters. If your leadership team is still struggling with their own Level 10 Meetings or failing to hit their Rocks, a company-wide rollout will fall flat. Once you are ready, introduce the tools in phases. Start by sharing the V/TO and the Accountability Chart during an all-hands meeting. Then, roll out department-level weekly meetings and department-level Rocks. Provide clear training and make sure every manager GWCs their role as an EOS champion. Keep the messaging simple: EOS is how we run the business to make everyone's job clearer and more impactful. Do not overwhelm them with jargon: show them how the tools solve their daily frustrations.
