We just finished our V/TO® and want to share it with the company. How do we roll out EOS® to the rest of our employees without overwhelming them?

Rolling out EOS® to the rest of your organization must be handled with deliberate, measured steps. A common mistake is dumping the entire V/TO® and all the tools onto your employees in a single, massive presentation. This creates confusion and resistance.

The correct approach is a structured rollout. First, the leadership team must live and breathe the tools for at least one full quarter. You need to prove that you can run your own Level 10 Meeting™ consistently, track your Scorecard, and achieve your Rocks. Your employees need to see that this is a permanent change in how you lead, not a temporary management trend.

Once your leadership team is aligned and disciplined, schedule a company-wide meeting to share your vision. Walk through the V/TO®, focusing on your core values, core focus, and the ten-year target. Explain the why behind EOS®. Frame it as a tool to bring clarity, reduce frustration, and help everyone understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

Next, introduce the Accountability Chart. Explain that every single seat has clear roles and responsibilities. Only after this initial introduction should you begin rolling out departmental Level 10 Meeting™ formats and individual Rocks. Take your time, rolling it down layer by layer, allowing each tier of the organization to digest and master the tools before moving to the next.
