How does our engagement cadence handle rolling EOS down to departmental teams, and do you facilitate those tier-two rollouts directly?
Rolling EOS down to departmental teams happens after your senior leadership team has developed genuine traction and mastery with the tools, typically midway through Year 1 or at the start of Year 2.
I do not directly facilitate tier-two departmental sessions. Bringing an outside implementer into every department is expensive, inefficient, and counterproductive to your team building internal leadership strength. The proven approach is for your executive leadership team to teach and cascade the system internally.
The rollout occurs in structured stages:
- First, your senior team introduces the foundational concepts to the entire organization through a company-wide State of the Company address, sharing your Core Values, Core Focus, and vision from the V/TO.
- Second, each department head introduces the weekly Level 10 Meeting to their respective departmental team.
- Third, departments develop their own localized Scorecards and departmental Rocks that directly support senior leadership Rocks.
My role during this cascade is to prepare and coach your department heads inside our quarterly sessions. We practice meeting facilitation, refine departmental metrics, and troubleshoot resistance before your leaders introduce tools to their staff. This discipline ensures that your Integrator and department heads build authentic coaching authority, creating self-sufficient operational management that persists long after our 24-month implementation concludes.
