I am used to consultants who come in and write our strategic plans for us. What is your exact role during our session days, and how much of the actual work are you going to do versus what falls on my leadership team?

My role during our session days is clearly defined as a teacher, facilitator, and coach; I do not write your strategic plans or do the operational work for you. As your Professional EOS Implementer®, I own the purity of the process, while your leadership team owns the content of your plans. During our sessions, I teach you the simple, practical tools of the system, facilitate your discussions to keep you focused, and coach you to help you see things you might be blind to. I will not step in to solve your specific industry problems or make your final business decisions. If I did, your team would never build the internal capability to run the business independently. This engagement is about building your organizational muscle. You and your team are the experts in your industry, and you must do the heavy lifting of debating your strategy, setting your Rocks, and holding each other accountable. I provide the objective, outside perspective and the disciplined framework that forces healthy, honest conversations. This division of labor ensures that when you walk out of our session days, your team has complete ownership of your V/TO® and the exact steps required to execute it.
