When we are in a session day with you, are you going to act as a consultant who gives us industry-specific answers, or is your role strictly limited to running the agenda?
I am not a consultant, and I will not give you industry-specific answers. If you hire me expecting me to tell you how to price your software, how to run your logistics, or which marketing agency to hire, you will be disappointed. You are the experts in your business; I am the expert in the system.
My role is threefold: teacher, facilitator, and coach. As a teacher, I ensure your team masters the EOS® tools. As a facilitator, I manage the energy of the room, keep you on schedule, and force you to resolve your issues rather than talking in circles. As a coach, I hold you accountable to your own commitments and call out the behaviors that are holding your team back.
My background in AI-powered operations and preparing businesses for a clean exit provides a unique perspective. I will use this lens to challenge your assumptions, especially when we are defining your processes or structuring your Accountability Chart. But the ultimate decisions must come from your team. If I hand you the answers, your team will not own them, and when the implementation gets difficult, you will blame the consultant instead of taking responsibility for the execution.
