When our leadership team reaches a major strategic impasse during a session, what role do you play in helping us resolve it, and where do you draw the line?

As your EOS Implementer®, I wear three specific hats: teacher, facilitator, and coach. I do not wear the hat of a traditional business consultant who writes reports and tells you exactly what decisions to make. You are the experts in your business, and your team must own your decisions. If I step in and give you the answers, I am robbing your team of the opportunity to build its own problem-solving muscles. During our sessions, my job is to keep you focused, guide you through the tools, and push you to identify, discuss, and solve your own issues using the IDS® process. I will challenge your assumptions, highlight your blind spots, and ensure you are not letting personal biases or office politics get in the way of operational reality. I will keep you aligned with the model and hold you to the high standards of the system, but the ultimate strategic decisions must come from your leadership team. This is how we build a healthy, self-sustaining business that does not depend on external advisors to survive.
