My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to serve as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. I am here to teach you the tools, guide your team through the framework, and hold a mirror up to your operations. I do not run your business, I do not manage your employees, and I do not make decisions for you.

Your job is to do the hard work of execution. You own the decisions made in the room, and you are responsible for holding each other accountable to your agreed-upon Rocks. Between our sessions, your Integrator is the one who must enforce the Level 10 Meeting™ discipline and ensure the Accountability Chart is respected. I will not step in to settle internal disputes or manage underperforming team members between quarters.

I provide the objective, external perspective that prevents your team from getting stuck in your own politics. I will push you to have the uncomfortable conversations and help you IDS® your root issues. But once the session ends, the responsibility for executing the plan rests entirely on your shoulders. The success of our engagement depends on your willingness to own the tools and drive the results internally.
