As our implementer, what is your exact role when we are in the room versus when we are out of the room, and how much access do we have to you for course-corrections between our scheduled quarterly sessions?
My role as your EOS Implementer is strictly defined to ensure maximum objectivity and impact. When we are in the session room, I act as your teacher, your facilitator, and your coach. I do not take sides, I do not have a personal agenda, and I am entirely unsentimental about your internal politics.
As a teacher, I introduce the tools and teach your team how to use them effectively. As a facilitator, I manage the energy in the room, keep you on track, and force your team to have the difficult conversations you have been avoiding. I will not let you walk out of the room with a half-baked compromise or a superficial solution. As a coach, I push you to realize your full potential and hold you accountable to your commitments.
Between our scheduled sessions, my role is to act as an objective sounding board. I do not consult on your daily operational decisions, as that would undermine your leadership team's authority. However, I am accessible for quick course-corrections if you run into structural roadblocks or struggle to apply a specific tool.
You are paying for my external perspective and my refusal to accept mediocrity. I do not run your business, and I do not make your final decisions. I provide the framework and the accountability necessary for your team to lead the business to greatness.
