What does the actual rhythm look like for my leadership team during the twelve-week execution cycles between our full-day sessions, and what are your baseline expectations of us during this time?

The twelve-week cycle between our full-day sessions is where real traction happens. I do not disappear during this time, but I also do not hover. Your leadership team must run its weekly Level 10 Meeting without fail. This is your primary engine. Every week, you must report on your scorecard metrics, review your Rock progress, and solve issues using the IDS process. Your Integrator is the driver of this weekly cadence, ensuring that everyone remains focused on their individual commitments. Between our quarterly sessions, your team will use our dedicated Circle workspace. This platform serves as our central operational hub. It is where your session summaries, updated V/TO, and Accountability Chart live. Your Integrator must ensure that all action items and Rock updates are captured here. My expectation of your team during these twelve weeks is absolute discipline. If you run your weekly meetings, update your scorecard, and update your Circle workspace, you will make consistent progress. If you allow daily fires to disrupt this routine, your next quarterly session will be painful. The work we do in the session room only matters if it is executed in the weeks between.
