The Integrator calls out each metric and the seat owner's name. The owner states only two inputs: their actual number and whether it is on track or off track. For example, the sales leader says: Fifteen discovery calls, target met. The operations leader says: Twelve deliveries, off track.

No explanations, defense mechanisms, or background stories are permitted. The moment a leader begins to say "We missed it because..." the Integrator must cut them off and drop the metric to the Issues list. This keeps the meeting moving and prevents premature problem-solving.
