The weekly scorecard review is meant to be a quick pulse check, not a debate. If your team spends fifteen minutes discussing why a metric is red, you are killing the momentum of your Level 10 Meeting. To review your scorecard in under five minutes, you must enforce a strict, non-negotiable rule: state the number, say whether it is red or green, and move on.

There are absolutely no explanations allowed during the review. If a number is red, the person who owns that seat simply states the actual number and says it is dropped. The Integrator then drops that metric down to the IDS section of your meeting agenda. You will solve the issue later in the meeting, not during the scorecard review.

This transition can be difficult for leadership teams with high Fact Finder conative styles who naturally want to analyze and explain data immediately. However, you must separate the reporting of data from the solving of problems.
