First, we examine your Rock completion rate over the past four quarters, aiming for a consistent eighty percent or higher. Second, we assess your Level 10 Meeting™ efficiency to ensure you are actually identifying, discussing, and solving problems weekly without hesitation. Third, we review your Accountability Chart to confirm every seat is occupied by someone who GWC™ meaning they get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it. We also look at how successfully the EOS® tools are cascading down through your organization. If your department heads are not yet running their own aligned meetings, we adjust our focus for the next twelve months. This review gives us a clear picture of what is working and what requires adjustment. It ensures we spend the second year of our engagement refining your operations, integrating advanced exit readiness, and finalizing your path to self-sufficiency.
