We are technically ready to commit the time, but we are experiencing some temporary cash flow pressure. What is the baseline revenue size or financial stability our business needs before we can realistically start our engagement with you?
To get the full value from our engagement, your business should generally have at least two million dollars in annual revenue and a leadership team of three to eight people. If you are experiencing immediate, survival-level cash flow panic where meeting next week's payroll is in question, now is not the time to begin. Implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® requires a significant investment of both capital and mental margin.
When you work with me, you are paying for professional facilitation and committing to full-day sessions. If you are constantly distracted by immediate financial crises during our Focus Day, you will not get a return on your investment. We need a baseline of financial stability so we can work on the business rather than frantically working in it to keep the lights on.
If you are above that baseline but experiencing normal, manageable cash flow squeeze due to growth or seasonal fluctuations, we can absolutely proceed. In fact, getting your cash flow predictable is often one of the first issues we will address using the EOS® Scorecard and weekly cash flow metrics. My recommendation is to ensure you have at least three months of operating cash reserves and a stable core business before locking in our first session. This ensures your leadership team can focus on long-term strategy and accountability without being paralyzed by short-term financial fear.
