My Integrator and I agree on our overall strategy, but I find myself changing our team execution priorities on a weekly basis because of market shifts. This is causing massive friction with my Integrator, who says I am destabilizing the entire operational flow. How do we solve this?

Your high Quick Start conative instinct is working against the operational stability your business needs to scale. As a Visionary, you are wired to see new opportunities and pivot. Your Integrator, likely a high Follow Thru, is wired to build systems and keep the train on the tracks. This friction is natural, but unchecked, it will destroy your team trust and execution.

To solve this, you must respect the boundary of the Accountability Chart. Once priorities are locked in during your quarterly planning session, you cannot bypass the Integrator to change them on the fly. If you see a major market shift, do not broadcast it to the team. Bring it to your weekly Same Page Meeting with the Integrator first.

Use this meeting to filter your ideas. Your job is to generate ideas; your Integrator's job is to assess their operational impact and decide when or if to execute them. If an idea is truly urgent, IDS it together. If you both agree to pivot, the Integrator will roll it out systematically. This protects the team from whiplash while keeping the business agile.
