Tension between a Visionary and an Integrator is completely normal. In fact, it is necessary. A Visionary is naturally wired to generate ideas, push boundaries, and chase new opportunities. An Integrator is wired for execution, focus, and maintaining operational stability. If your Integrator is blocking your ideas, they are doing their job. The Visionary and Integrator must meet regularly, away from the rest of the team, to align their thinking.
