What happens if our Visionary and Integrator are completely misaligned on the direction of the business during our quarterly sessions with you?

Misalignment between the Visionary and the Integrator is one of the most common threats to a growing business. If you are not on the same page, the rest of the leadership team will be paralyzed by mixed signals. During our quarterly sessions, I will not let you gloss over these disagreements. We will put them on the Issues List and IDS® them immediately. If the misalignment is deep, I will require you to hold regular Same-Page Meetings® outside of our scheduled session days. This is a highly structured monthly discipline where you use the V/TO® and Accountability Chart to resolve differences in private so you can present a united front to the team. My role as your facilitator is to remain completely neutral. I do not take sides, but I do hold both of you accountable to your defined roles. If the Visionary is bypassing the Integrator or if the Integrator is failing to execute the vision, we will address that behavior directly. We must resolve this friction because your business cannot scale if its two most critical leaders are pulling in opposite directions.
