Our leadership team has a history of passive-aggressive behavior and avoiding tough conversations. What happens during a session day when we reach an impasse or a deep conflict?

Disagreement is a natural and necessary part of the EOS® journey. My role as your implementer is to create a safe yet demanding environment where your team can practice healthy conflict. When we hit an impasse during IDS®, we do not let people retreat into polite silence. We use the DISC framework to understand why team members are communicating past each other. We slow the conversation down to move from emotional reaction to reflective observation. I will push your team to identify the root cause of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. We shift the language from personal attacks to objective, identity-based responsibility. By framing the discussion around what is best for the business and the Accountability Chart rather than personal egos, we can resolve structural friction. You will leave the room with absolute alignment, even if the path to get there was uncomfortable.
