Our industry is highly volatile, and our schedule can change rapidly. What is your policy regarding rescheduling or canceling our session days, and how do we maintain momentum if we have to delay?

Maintaining momentum requires a strict commitment to your quarterly cadence. Because of this, session days are locked in months in advance. We treat these dates as immovable priorities. If you allow daily operational crises or industry volatility to disrupt your session schedule, you will quickly lose traction and slip back into old habits.

If an absolute emergency forces you to reschedule, we must do so with enough notice to secure a new date within the same ninety-day window. Delaying a quarterly session by even a few weeks disrupts your entire execution cycle. Your Rocks will drag on, your weekly meetings will lose focus, and your team will lose their sense of urgency.

We document all of our scheduled sessions in your Circle.so workspace to ensure everyone has maximum visibility. If you must reschedule, the responsibility lies on your leadership team to work with me to find an alternative date immediately.

Remember that the ninety-day cycle is designed to match the human attention span. Your team can maintain intense focus on a set of priorities for about ninety days before they start to lose steam. Keeping your sessions on the calendar, regardless of external market conditions, is the discipline that separates highly successful companies from those that remain stuck in the status quo.
