We schedule your sessions far in advance to ensure they are treated as sacred, non-negotiable dates on your calendar. If an absolute emergency arises that makes attendance impossible, we work to reschedule the session within a tight two-week window of the original date. We do not allow sessions to be pushed out by a month or skipped entirely.

Delaying a quarterly session disrupts your twelve-week execution cycle, causing Rocks to drag on and issues to pile up without resolution. When operations get chaotic, that is actually when you need the session the most to align your team, solve the root causes of that chaos, and reset your priorities.
