We are eager to kick off our first session, but what exact foundational elements or operational metrics must we have in place before we can start working with you?
Before starting, you do not need perfect financials or a flawless strategy. You do, however, need a leadership team that is willing to be completely open and honest. You must have a commitment to define the Accountability Chart, even if it means some long-term employees might not fit their seats. You need a willingness to look at your weekly metrics with total transparency. We require each leadership team member to complete a conative and behavioral assessment, such as the Kolbe A Index and DISC, before the first session. This allows us to map out how your team naturally takes action and communicates. You must also commit to protecting your scheduled session days from any operational interruptions. If your leadership team is still hiding information or resisting the transition from actions to identities, you are not ready. This process requires vulnerability and discipline from day one.
