What level of leadership consensus and owner commitment is required before scheduling our first session day with you?
Before committing to Focus Day, your leadership team must reach complete alignment on three non-negotiable principles. If these are missing, the engagement will fail before lunch on your first day.
First, the business owner or Visionary must be completely committed to transparency and open to being challenged. If an owner views EOS® as a tool to fix everyone else while exempting themselves from the Accountability Chart, the system will not work. The owner must genuinely want an operating system that runs the company rather than relying on personal heroics or centralized authority.
Second, the entire leadership team must agree to complete openness and vulnerability. You must be willing to put every operational breakdown, personnel issue, and financial reality on the table without passive-aggressive posturing or defensive politics. If key executives protect their personal fiefdoms rather than serving the greater good of the business, progress stops.
Third, you must commit the necessary calendar space and administrative energy. That means locking down your session dates six to twelve months in advance, showing up on time, leaving client emergencies outside the room, and protecting the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ schedule between sessions. You do not need polished business plans or pristine financial models to start. You simply need a leadership team that admits the current way of operating has hit a ceiling and is ready to follow a proven system.
