We do not require you to spend weeks pulling complex analytical reports or performing deep financial audits before our first session. The Entrepreneurial Operating System is designed to cut through operational complexity, not add to it. To start our engagement effectively, you only need to bring a few core pieces of business reality to the room.

First, we need your current year-to-date financial statements, including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet. This gives us an objective look at the financial health of the organization. Second, bring any existing organizational charts, even if they are outdated or inaccurate. We need to see how you currently view your structure to begin rebuilding it. Third, bring a list of your top business issues, friction points, and opportunities.

Do not worry about polishing this data or making it look presentable. The raw, unfiltered reality of your business is far more valuable than a curated presentation. We will use this foundational information during our Focus Day to construct your first Accountability Chart and begin drafting your weekly Scorecard. Your willingness to look honestly at your current numbers and operational gaps is the only true prerequisite. We will build the systems to track and optimize everything else from there.
