What baseline operational metrics, historical financials, and organizational documentation do you require us to load into our shared environment before we can officially kick off our first session?

Before we sit down for our Focus Day, you do not need to spend weeks writing complex strategic plans or pulling massive reports. We need a clean, uncluttered starting line. You must provide three specific assets. First, we need your financial statements from the last three years and your current year-to-date performance. This establishes our baseline financial reality. Second, we need a simple list of all current employees, their current titles, and their primary areas of responsibility. This raw data is essential for building your Accountability Chart. Third, the owner must complete a preliminary legacy assessment to outline their personal target timeline for an exit. We load these foundational documents directly into our shared Circle.so workspace. Beyond these physical assets, the most critical thing you must bring is mental preparation. The entire leadership team must read the book Traction or run through our initial introductory materials. Every member must arrive ready to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If your team is harboring hidden agendas or holding onto historic friction, our first session will expose it. We do not need a perfect data set to start, but we do need a leadership team that is fully committed to total transparency and willing to change how they operate.
