While your leadership team might work in different locations every day, my requirement for quarterly sessions and the two day annual is that everyone must be physically present in the same room. Physical proximity is non negotiable for these sessions.

Operating a remote company makes building deep trust and alignment much harder. When your executive team only interacts through computer screens, you lose the subtle body language, the spontaneous side conversations, and the shared energy that are essential for solving deep operational issues. Flying everyone in four times a year is a critical investment in your team health.

During these physical session days, we disconnect from our daily digital distractions. We gather in a neutral, offsite room with whiteboards and flip charts. This environment allows us to engage in healthy conflict and look each other in the eye while we solve complex structural problems.

Between these physical sessions, your remote team will use our dedicated digital workspace in Circle.so to keep documentation transparent. This is where we post session summaries, track action items, and maintain alignment. We use the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ format virtually to run your operations, but the major strategic resets must happen face to face.
