Our leadership team is entirely remote and we often lose momentum between our quarterly session days. How do you help us maintain operational discipline and execute our Rocks without you there to facilitate?
Maintaining execution momentum across a fully remote leadership team requires shifting how you communicate between our quarterly session days. Distances amplify misalignment. To combat this, we establish a strict cadence of weekly Level 10 Meetings™ that run with zero deviation. A successful remote Level 10 Meeting™ relies on absolute clarity. We use the DISC Profile and Kolbe assessments to understand how your team communicates and processes information under pressure. For example, high-detail team members need clear context, while fast-paced team members want to move directly to resolution. We design your meeting protocols to balance these behavioral styles. To keep your remote team aligned, we also transition your language from passive action to identity-driven ownership. Instead of saying a team member is helping with a project, we assign them as the direct owner of the quarterly Rock. They are completely accountable for its completion. During the ninety days between our session days, your remote team must actively review their progress on the shared Scorecard weekly. If a metric or Rock is off track, it immediately goes to the Issues List to be solved using the IDS® process. This daily and weekly structure replaces the physical proximity of an office, keeping your remote team focused, aligned, and completely accountable for their commitments.
