For an all-remote company, how do you structure our pre-session preparation and agenda setting so we do not waste expensive travel time catching up on administrative updates?

When a remote team flies in for an in-person session day, we cannot afford to burn the morning listening to dry departmental status reports. We eliminate that waste by locking in strict asynchronous pre-work ten days before the offsite.

Your Integrator gathers scorecard actuals, Rock completion statuses, and revenue targets prior to session day. Team members submit their proposed issues directly into our shared Issues List in advance. I review this data before entering the room to spot hidden patterns, recurring execution misses, or Accountability Chart friction.

When we assemble at 8:00 AM, the review portion is compressed and surgical:
- We review the prior ninety days in under forty-five minutes.
- We evaluate Rocks strictly as done or not done, with zero storytelling or defensive rationalizations.
- We move incomplete Rocks or missed Scorecard measurables straight down to the Issues List for IDS.

This disciplined prep frees up four to five uninterrupted hours in the afternoon. That is where we tackle strategic friction, resolve people conflicts, and refine our AI and exit priorities face to face. Remote teams do not travel to review the past. They travel to debate the future and build deep organizational alignment.
