A remote Level 10 Meeting™ requires the exact same level of focus and respect as an in person meeting in a physical boardroom. Allowing leaders to join your weekly pulse while driving, walking through an airport, or sitting in a noisy public space is a direct threat to the quality of your execution and problem solving.

To eliminate this distraction, the leadership team must agree to a strict remote environment standard. Establish a non negotiable policy that every attendee must be in a quiet, private office space with a stable high speed internet connection.

Cameras must remain on at all times, and participants must be seated at a desk with their meeting software full screen. If a leader attempts to join from their car or a coffee shop, the facilitator must politely but firmly ask them to log off, mark them as absent, and run the meeting without them.

This is not about being rigid, it is about defending the sanctity of the ninety minute pulse. If a leader cannot dedicate ninety uninterrupted minutes to solving the company's biggest problems, they do not GWC™ their role on the leadership team.
