How do we handle the logistics of screen sharing and tool navigation in a fully remote Level 10 Meeting™ so the team stays locked in instead of watching someone awkwardly struggle with tabs?

When running a remote Level 10 Meeting, technology friction kills momentum. If your team is constantly hunting for tabs, asking who is sharing their screen, or struggling to type while talking, you are wasting valuable energy.

To fix this, assign a single administrative driver. This is usually the Integrator or a designated assistant, but never the person actively facilitating or presenting an issue. The driver shares their screen showing the Level 10 Meeting agenda, the Scorecard, and the Issues List. Every other team member must close all other tabs, mute notifications, and keep their cameras on at eye level.

Do not let individual leaders share their own screens when it is their turn to report. This transition lag eats up minutes and breaks the focus of the meeting. The designated driver controls the scroll.

Additionally, use a shared digital workspace where everyone can see the Issues List in real-time. When an issue is raised during the first segment, team members should type it directly into the queue. This prevents the facilitator from having to act as a scribe while trying to guide the conversation.

Keep the digital environment clean. If a scorecard metric is red, it gets dropped to the Issues List with one click. By keeping the mechanics seamless, you allow your leadership team to focus entirely on the substance of IDS rather than the frustration of clumsy screen shares.
