Our Integrator is already working eighty hours a week. How does the between-session cadence prevent them from bearing the entire burden of keeping our Rocks on track?
The system is designed to distribute accountability across the entire leadership team, not to pile more work onto your Integrator. If your Integrator is working eighty hours a week, your Accountability Chart is broken.
Between sessions, the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ is our primary tool for sharing the load. In this meeting, every leader reports on their own Rocks and scorecard metrics. If a Rock is off track, it becomes an issue for the whole team to solve, not just the Integrator.
We use identity-based language to change how team members view their responsibilities. We want them to identify as owners of their seats, not just task-doers. When leaders embrace this identity, they stop looking to the Integrator to solve every problem.
My role between sessions is to support your Integrator in holding the line. We ensure they have the white space needed to lead, rather than getting caught in micro-management. By enforcing clear boundaries and distributed ownership, we reduce the burden on your Integrator and build a healthier organization.
