We are highly interested in your twenty-four-month implementation program, but we want to be honest with ourselves. What are the specific warning signs or operational red flags that indicate a business is fundamentally not ready to start this journey with you?
Not every company is ready for the rigorous discipline of the EOS® framework. The first major red flag is a leadership team that is actively in a state of cash flow survival mode. If your business cannot cover its basic operational expenses or if you are constantly scrambling to make next week's payroll, you do not have the mental bandwidth or the time required to step away for full-day sessions. Your focus needs to be on immediate sales and cash generation, not long-term organizational health. Another critical warning sign is a lack of willingness to hear the brutal truth. If the owner or key executives are highly defensive, unwilling to look at the data objectively, or refuse to acknowledge that they might have the wrong people in key seats, the process will fail. We also look at commitment. If your leadership team views our one-day quarterlies and two-day annuals as optional meetings that can be rescheduled at the last minute because of client emergencies, you are not ready. This journey requires absolute commitment to the ninety-day cycle. If you cannot protect those session days or if you refuse to hold your people accountable to their weekly metrics, we should not begin this process until you are truly ready to let go of the chaos.
