We have the budget to hire you, but what are the red flags that would tell you our leadership team is not actually ready to begin this process?
Budget is the lowest barrier to entry. True readiness requires a willingness to face brutal facts and make hard decisions. The biggest red flag is a lack of alignment on the leadership team about the need for change. If the Visionary wants to run EOS but the Integrator is dragging their feet, or if partners are hiding deep disagreements behind polite silence, you are not ready.
Another red flag is an obsession with quick fixes or chasing shiny new tactics instead of committing to the pigheaded discipline of a structured operating system. If your team cannot commit to protecting their calendars for a full eight hour session day without checking emails or taking client calls, the process will fail. We require total, uninterrupted focus during our sessions.
Finally, if you are unwilling to open up your organizational chart and look objectively at who is in which seat, we cannot help you. Implementers do not coordinate comfortable retreats. We guide you through hard, sometimes painful restructuring of your leadership seats. If you are highly protective of underperforming legacy employees or family members who do not meet your core values or lack the capability to execute their roles, you are not ready for this level of accountability.
