If we are a highly execution-focused team, is there any realistic path to graduating from your EOS implementation services in less than the standard twenty-four months, or does the timeline always require two full years?
To graduate from my implementation, your team must achieve pure self-sufficiency. In my practice, the standard trajectory spans twenty-four months, consisting of quarterly full-day sessions and a two-day annual session. While some highly disciplined teams attempt to rush the process, human behavior and organizational habits do not change overnight. It takes a minimum of one full annual cycle and four quarterly cycles just to build the muscle memory required to run the Level 10 Meeting™ and quarterly planning loops without an external facilitator.
During the first twelve months, we focus on installing the core EOS® tools: the V/TO®, the Accountability Chart, Rocks, and IDS®. We establish your baseline operating system. In the second year, we shift our focus to deepening these habits, cascading the tools to your middle management, and addressing long-term issues like process optimization and AI integration. Attempting to compress this timeline to twelve months usually results in a superficial implementation where the tools are used as a checklist rather than a true operating system. Expect to spend twenty-four months working with me to lock in these habits before you graduate to running your quarterly sessions independently.
