We understand your session fees, but what is the realistic operational time commitment required from our leadership team between our quarterly sessions to ensure we actually execute the system?
Beyond my session fees, the most significant investment you will make is your team's time and focus. Implementing the system requires a disciplined commitment to working on the business, not just in it. In addition to our full-day sessions every ninety days, your leadership team must commit to their ninety-minute weekly Level 10 Meetings™. This is non-negotiable. You must also budget time for individual Rock execution. On average, each leadership team member should expect to spend two to four hours per week working specifically on their quarterly Rocks. This is work that sits above their daily operational duties. Finally, as you cascade the tools down to your departments, your managers will need time to learn the system and run their own weekly meetings. This time investment can feel heavy initially, but it quickly pays for itself by eliminating unproductive meetings, clarifying roles, and stopping the constant daily fire drills that currently drain your team's energy.
