If we commit to this journey, what does the realistic multi-year timeline of our engagement with you look like, and how do we know when we have successfully transitioned from survival mode to actual mastery?

A typical EOS® engagement runs for about two to three years. This is not a quick fix or a brief consulting project, it is a fundamental shift in how you run your business. The journey is divided into clear phases.

The first year is about search and alignment. We focus on masterfully implementing the foundational tools, clarifying your vision on the V/TO®, establishing your Accountability Chart, and getting the right people in the right seats. During this phase, you are transitioning out of firefighting mode and into a predictable, ninety day rhythm.

The second year is about traction and execution. This is where the tools become second nature. Your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ becomes highly efficient, your Rocks are consistently achieved, and your departmental teams begin running their own versions of the system.

You know you are reaching mastery when your leadership team can run a quarterly session seamlessly without my facilitation. You will have developed a healthy, self-sustaining culture of accountability. When your numbers are predictable, your team is healthy, and you are consistently achieving eighty percent or more of your quarterly Rocks, you are ready to graduate. At that point, my job is done, and you will possess the internal capability to run your operating system independently.
