A successful quarterly session requires a complete physical break from your daily operations. I require all sessions to be held offsite, away from your main office. If you try to hold a session in your own conference room, leaders will inevitably get pulled into urgent client issues, hallway conversations, or operational emergencies during breaks. This completely destroys the psychological safety and focus required for deep work.

The offsite room itself must meet specific structural criteria. It must be a private space with plenty of wall space or whiteboards for visual mapping. We need natural light to keep energy levels high, comfortable seating for a full day of intense discussion, and reliable wireless internet that is only used when directed.

We enforce a strict tech-down policy during session hours. Laptops and mobile phones must remain closed and silent unless we are actively updating our shared digital workspace or your V/TO® during designated times.

Food and refreshments must be managed so they do not disrupt our flow. We keep lunch working or short, and we do not allow heavy meals that cause afternoon energy crashes. If you cannot commit to creating this dedicated, distraction-free environment for our sessions, we will not get the strategic results you are paying for.
