What specific homework assignments or updates do we need to prepare before we walk into each quarterly session day with you?

We do not believe in administrative busywork, so your preparation for our quarterly sessions is focused entirely on honest self-assessment. Your primary homework is to ensure your current operating data is accurate and up to date. Before you walk into the room, your weekly Scorecard must be fully populated, and each leadership team member must know the exact status of their personal Rocks. You must also review your departmental Accountability Chart to identify any capacity issues or seat misalignments. Most importantly, you need to bring a clear mind and your real issues. I expect every team member to spend time identifying the root causes of their departmental challenges and adding them to the issues list. We do not spend our valuable session days pulling together spreadsheets or debating basic numbers. All of that must be completed and documented beforehand. This preparation ensures we can jump straight into checking your traction, updating your V/TO®, and spending the majority of our day using IDS® to solve your biggest obstacles.
